Founded in 1984, CHINT Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CHINT") is a global leading smart energy solutions provider. Throughout its more than 40-year history, CHINT has consistently focused on diligent industrial pursuit and brand innovation. CHINT continuously strengthens its "One Cloud & Two Networks" strategy, with "CHINT Cloud" as the carrier of intelligent technology and data applications and takes the lead in building the Energy Internet of Things (EIoT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platforms, striving to be the explorer, advocator, and practitioner in the world of low-carbon development. With the "Green Energy, Smart Network, Load Reduction, and New Storage" service systems, CHINT sets up a platform-based enterprise and builds a regional smart energy industry ecosystem. CHINT is committed to the concept of industrial development and innovation-driven. It continuously enhances its operational capabilities to promote and drive the group's industries towards becoming stronger, better, and larger. CHINT boasts more than 20 research institutes with the CHINT Group Research Institute at its core. It has established four major global R&D centers in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North Africa. This has led to form a diversified and open-concept R&D system with an average annual R&D investment accounting for 3%-12% of the sales. To date, CHINT has held over 10,000 patents and actively engages in over 40 national and international standardization technical committees, contributing to the development and revision of over 650 national and international standards. Now, CHINT has been recognized as a national enterprise technology center and industrial design center and has received the titles of National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, and China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Award.

Its manufacturing bases are located in Wenzhou, Shanghai, Jiaxing, Shenyang, Xianyang, Jinan, Hefei, Wuhan, Nanyang, Yancheng, Yanchi, Songyuan, Fengyang, Jiuquan, Yiwu, and other locations. CHINT has also achieved localized manufacturing in Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Egypt, Thailand, Uganda, Saudi Arabia, and other countries.
