The 2nd CHINT Global HR Seminar, held together with The Global Summit on Market Innovation and Development was launched on September 9th in Wenzhou. In order to connect and motivate HR Global to Local, Local for Local, the event attracted more than 20 HRBPs from 10 countries worldwide.
In the opening speech, Lily Zhang, VP of CHINT Electrics shared lots of expectation on Global HR Team. She mentioned that with experience in Human Resource Management, the team will truly be the business partner, supporting the best for CHINT in global business. And the most important thing is HRBPs must constantly keep learning to improve ourselves and accompany the mission of CHINT Group.
After coaching activities, CHINT Global HR team will focus on 3 competencies on "Communication, Innovation & Self-learning". To achieve this, the team built its own plan for "Monthly learning club, Bi-week con-call with relevant HRBP, Quarterly meeting".
At the same time, the Global HR Team come to Nan Huai-chin Academy to experience the tradition and essence of Wenzhou commercial culture. The Team comes to visit the exhibition hall, feel the power of "China Smart Manufacturing" and join HR workshop lead by Jasmine.
Through this team-building activities and seminar, the Team steps forward with the mission "Enabling Business, Leading Change, Developing Talents and Achieving Win-Win Development" together towards tomorrow.
